David seeks work in Castle Town. His long journey is dangerous. On arrival, he is warned that his life is in danger. All the young men have perished and their bones hang in the courtyard and go clickety-clack in the breeze. Why? Because they all fell in love with the beautiful Princess, who is under the spell, of an evil and jealous Wizard. It is he that demands she asks each new boy three questions to gain her heart, or die. None have succeeded. When David meets the Princess, it is love at first sight. Because of his own bravery, David receives the help he needs to answer the three questions. Finally, the town is rid of the evil Wizard.

Tom and Rosie miraculously revive their favourite duck from drowning. The grateful duck follows them everywhere, even to Tom’s school in London, where he is the much-loved caretaker. DD (Dead Duck as Tom calls him) makes friends with Emily, Chair of the School Council. She is the only person that can hear DD speak. Tom wants to retire to Cornwall but he is not old enough. He decides to stop cleaning the school so that the Head will let him go. DD and the School Council, ensure that the school remains spotlessly clean so that Tom does not lose his excellent reputation. Based on a true duck revival story.

Poor Digger gets lost in the snow. His family is heartbroken. On his sad journey to find them, he is cared for by the stray Barn Dogs, until the evil dogcatcher almost traps him. He shelters by the campfire of the Spanish dancers, until they have to move on. He visits the Circus but ends up in the cage of the Performing Dogs, where he persuades them to protest against their humiliation. Join Digger on his journey back home! Meet his friends and enemies and enjoy the exciting circus performances of the Strong Woman, The Magician, The Lion Tamer, The Clowns, The Tumbling Tornadoes and the rebellious Performing Dogs!

Nelson lived in Merton with Emma Hamilton during the last five years of his life. He described it as “Paradise Merton”. The musical begins when Nelson goes to sea as a young man and tracks his life through to his death. It covers: His wedding to Fanny; his relationship with Emma Hamilton and the birth of their daughter, Horatia; and key battles that Nelson won - St Vincent 1797, the Nile 1798, Copenhagen 1801 and Trafalgar, where he died on 21st October 1805. The musical was written to commemorate the bicentenary of Nelson’s death at the battle of Trafalgar on 21st October 1805 and was performed at the New Wimbledon Theatre by Merton Schools on 20 & 21st October 2005.

This simple story starts in a school with the children and their teacher. The children visit a farm to learn how wheat is grown. Then they move onto an old working windmill where they see the grain ground between the millstones. Lastly, they visit a Baker’s shop where they help to make and sample some of the bread and cakes.

The Wicked Witch of the North Pole steals Santa’s little helpers, two weeks before Christmas. The Good Fairy offers to help. She finds Molly, who is on her own with seven children, and has just lost her job.The Good fairy sends the family to the North Pole with three wishes to keep them safe. On the way: they meet pirates, and walk the plank; a fire breathing dragon, that nearly sets them on fire; they watch the dancing snow fairies; and finally, Molly uses her third wish to banish the Wicked Witch.Father Christmas gets his helpers back and, together, they get all the work done in good time. Molly and her family return home to a wonderful Christmas and the good news that she has her old job back.

Pam is a bookworm. She buys THE GREAT CHRISTMAS TREE ROBBERY book at a jumble sale. Then, when her own family’s Christmas Tree is stolen, Pam realises she is part of the story. Assisted by the Tree Fairy, the book and her brothers, Pam follows a trail of clues through Pantoland. They meet Aladdin, Sleeping Beauty, Prince Charming, Cinderella and her Ugly Sisters who join in the hunt that ends with the evil Grump in the Forest of Grump. Everyone feels sorry when they learn that Grump never had a Christmas as a boy. He and his Grumpies are invited to be in a pantomime and to celebrate their first Christmas with the pantofolk.

The Monitors are a super-intelligent life form from Planet Hope. They believe Earth is on a collision course with disaster. They are looking for a young leader, who will help change the course of history over the next three decades. They have landed in a school where they believe they will find the Millennium Child. They will set up a series of tests to make sure they have the right person.The evil Prophet Doom does not want Earth to be saved. She will do her best to thwart all their plans.Six children will be monitored but it is Millie Munn (anagram of Millennium) who possesses all the qualities. Millie is chosen and over the next 30 years she will do good works that will save the planet and earn her: The Do Well Peace Prize, for all her marvellous efforts.

Everyone wonders who’s next on the Panto Murderer’s hit list? Chief Superintendent Snoop wants a quick result because his job is on the line. Maxine Bucks, Theatre Owner, is tired of the Police coming up with nothing and hires her own detectives. She books the Panto teams into a big hotel, where they can be guarded until the mystery is solved. That night, Sleeping Beauty is poisoned and everyone is under suspicion. Fortunately, the young detectives unravel the clues and find the culprit.

One night, a family are forced to take shelter, when their car breaks down. The house is spooky, with an old tower behind it, The Housekeeper is very odd, but, fortunately, the owner is a friendly soul.Polly finds a book called “The Secret of Granard Tower.” The housekeeper warns them not to touch it but a Spirit, that inhabits the house, is pleased that the book has been found.When the family visit Granard Tower with their host, the Spirit works through Polly to unravel the book’s clues. In a scary adventure, where the children get cut off from the adults, they encounter skeletons, ghosts and finally Vampires. Polly and her siblings do their best to rid Granard Tower of its evil.

Alfred Trogg was a famous circus owner in the l930’s. He went around the world gathering up exciting and unusual acts. Working models (automata) of his famous acts were exhibited in a museum set up by his friend, Ted Carter. Now, Ted’s money grabbing son, Max, plans to get rid of the models and replace them with a science stand. A group of truanting kids shelter from the rain one evening in the museum and see the models. They are fascinated by them and don’t want them to be destroyed. They want to help. They strike up a relationship with the new curator. He lets them come into the museum in the evening to work on a plan, provided they go to school in the day, which they agree to. Trogg and the automata come to life to assist. Between them all, they save the famous Trogg’s Circus stand.
